Cocktail “Negro Robles”

Negro Robles

It is an easy cocktail to prepare and refreshing. Tamarind is the seasonal fruit and rich in antioxidant and digestive nutrients.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Macerate the Rosemary with the liquor in a glass.

  2. Sift the liquor to remove the Rosemary.

  3. If you have juice, mix the juice with the liquor, ice and shake it. If you have the ice cubes of the juice, blend them with the sifted liquor to make a slush.

Preparation of the Tamarind Juice:

  1. Leave the tamarinds in water for six hours.

  2. Blend the tamarind with water.

  3. Sift the juice and add sugar to taste.

  4. To make the cubes of juice, you can use a recipient to make regular ice cubes.
