Cocktail “Sol Guajiro”

Ingredients:

• 3 star fruit of medium size
• 500 ml of water
• Sugar or sweetener to taste (You can use stevia, honey or panela)
• Ice
• A shot of Handcrafted Guajiro Liquor Asawaa®
  

Preparation of the cocktail

1. Wash, chop and liquefy the star fruit with water.
2. Strain the star fruit juice and add sugar to taste.
3. Mix the juice with the liquor and ice to taste.
