Cocktail “La Vieja Mello”

The cocktail with lemon is perfect to discover the unexplainable taste of the Colombian coast. The bitter-sweet balance is almost perfect.

It is worth to highlight that sour flavors are among the best companions of the iguaraya. Therefore, in Asawaa we took both flavors to create an exclusive drink.

To make this drink you need:

• The juice of four lemons
• 2 oz. of Asawaa ® Handcrafted Iguaraya Aperitif
• Ice

Preparation of the cocktail with lemon:

1. First add ice to taste and the juice of lemons in a blender. Mix until you get a slush.
2. Then, add 2 oz. of Asawaa ® Handcrafted Iguaraya Aperitif

Optional:

• Add salt to the edges of the glass to maximize the flavor.
