Phoenix Cocktail

The Phoenix Cocktail is the citrus blend of orange with the sweet flavor of our Asawaa® Handcrafted Iguaraya Aperitif. Both create the perfect balance to enjoy this cocktail.

Asawaa® innovates in the use of the aperitif as a cocktail base. Therefore, a guide on how to prepare cocktails is offered.

Ingredients:

• 2-4 oranges ( it depends of the size)
• 2 oz. of Asawaa® Handcrafted Iguaraya Aperitif.
• Ice

Preparation of the Phoenix Cocktail:

1. First, squish the oranges and sift the juice to remove any lumps.
2. Next, mix the orange juice with 2 oz. of Asawaa ® Handcrafted Iguaraya Aperitif.
3. Finally, pour the mix in a glass and add ice to taste.
